Class Descriptions
Ballet
Our adaptive ballet class blends classical technique with creativity and encouragement. Students build coordination, balance, and grace while learning foundational ballet positions, terminology, and choreography. Visual cues, hands-on support, and repetition help each dancer grow at their own pace.
Hip Hop
Our high-energy hip hop class gets dancers moving and grooving! Students learn rhythm, musicality, and expressive movement through upbeat choreography and freestyle moments. It's a great way to build confidence, improve memory, and just have FUN.
Strength & Mobility - Limited Space
Designed to improve posture, balance, and body awareness, this class supports dancers in developing strength and control. Through guided exercises and modified movements, students build a foundation to support all styles of dance—and everyday life.
Ballroom
Ballroom introduces dancers to the elegance and rhythm of partner-style dancing in an adaptive and welcoming format. With a focus on connection, timing, and teamwork, students explore styles like waltz, cha-cha, and more in a safe and joyful environment.
Tap
Our tap class brings rhythm to life! Dancers learn to listen, count, and create sound through their movement. Tap builds coordination, timing, and focus—while encouraging creativity and self-expression through fun footwork and patterns.
Coming Soon: Movin’ & Groovin’ (Ages 6 & Under + Caregiver)
Movin’ & Groovin’ focuses on developing motor skills, rhythm, and social connection—while strengthening the caregiver-child bond through shared dance experiences. It’s the perfect introduction to creative movement, with lots of joy and giggles along the way!
