Donate to Help Sustain Free 2 Be Me Dance!
We are beyond overwhelmed with support through the success of our GoFundMe Campaign and have a blossoming future ahead of us. Looking forward, we still need funding for our scholarships program, costumes, and studio space so we can keep improving our program for those we serve.
Free 2 Be Me Dance isn't just a dance class to our dancers, its a second home.
Our Mission
Free 2 Be Me Dance is a vehicle for freedom of expression through dance in a nonjudgmental environment.
People with disabilities don’t always have the same opportunities in sports and in the arts. That's why Free 2 Be Me Dance was created.

What We DoWe offer dance classes designed specifically for people with disabilities in mind so that they have the same opportunities as their peers to reach their goals. Through technical training and performance opportunities, our dancers get the depth and breadth of a standard dance education tailored just for them.

USC Dance & Ability
This fall, we launched a pilot program with USC's Dance and Ability course. USC Students learned how to teach dance adaptively and led a class by themselves in the culminating performance. Our own Valena K, who has been with F2BMD since our start got the opportunity to speak on a panel!
Because of it's success, this course will feature our organization and our dancers permanently starting the Spring semester of 2025. Check out the pictures from the culmination on the left! |
